Welcome to VHCC, your gateway to virtual medical consultations.
By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy.

🏥 1. What is VHCC?
- VHCC provides a technology platform that connects patients with:
- Physical Medical Centers
- Independent, licensed medical consultants ("Consultants") for virtual consultations
Service Model:
- 1 Register, book an appointment, and go physically to your chosen Medical Center.
- 2 At the center, undergo necessary examinations (labs, imaging, etc.).
- 3 Enter a designated virtual room for video consultation with your remote Consultant.
VHCC is NOT a Medical Provider
VHCC is a technology platform, not a healthcare provider, hospital, or clinic. Medical Centers and Consultants are independent third parties.
No Medical Advice
We are not responsible for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or quality of care you receive from Consultants/Medical Centers.
NOT FOR EMERGENCIES
If this is an emergency, call your medical center, your doctor, or 911 immediately.
👤 2. User Accounts
- To use the Application, you must register for an account and agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information (including official documents for identity verification).
- Safeguard your password and be responsible for activities under your account.
- Be at least 18 years old or have consent of a parent/legal guardian.
💳 3. Booking, Payments, and Cancellation Policy
- Appointments are confirmed only after payment.
- Pay through the Application using the payment gateway.
- Pay directly to the Medical Center.
- Rescheduling (Before 48 hours): Free of charge.
- Rescheduling (Between 12 and 48 hours): Additional rescheduling fee applies.
- Rescheduling (Less than 12 hours): Not available in the app — contact VHCC Support. May be subject to a fee or full forfeiture.
- Cancellations & No-Shows: If you fail to reschedule or fail to show up, your payment cannot be refunded.
✅ 4. User Responsibilities and Consent
- Provide accurate personal details and medical history to the best of your knowledge.
- Attend the selected Medical Center at the scheduled time (arrive 30 minutes before the virtual consultation).
- Consent to collection/use/sharing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Do not misuse or tamper with the platform.
⚖️ 6. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, VHCC shall not be liable for:
- Medical advice/diagnosis/treatment provided by Consultants or Medical Centers.
- Malpractice/negligence/misconduct or incomplete information from Consultants/Medical Centers.
- Interruption, errors, or technical issues in the Application.
Liability is strictly limited to operation of the Application as a booking and communication platform.
⛔ 7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.
📍 8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
🔄 9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice before new terms take effect.
🔔 10. Notifications & Communication
By registering, you agree to receive notifications (SMS, email, or in-app) about appointments, updates, and payments. You can disable non-essential notifications anytime.

All VHCC logos, content, and features are owned by Virtual Healthcare Center. Reproduction or modification is not allowed without permission.
